Product training at Dipromed in Chile
As part of our international sales activities, we recently celebrated a special milestone: we visited our long-standing sales partner Dipromed in Chile for the first time.
Our team leader for international customers, Ruth, had the opportunity to present our products directly on site and conduct comprehensive product training on our range. The personal exchange with the Dipromed team was particularly valuable, as it allowed us to not only present our products in theory, but also to show them physically and explain them in detail.
A special highlight of this visit was that the entire training session was conducted in Spanish—the local language—which enabled even more direct and intensive dialogue with our partners. The visit was a great opportunity for both sides to further deepen their mutual understanding of products, applications, and requirements.
