Tobi from being an apprentice to graduating and doing his Matura, then his Bachelor's degree and Bachelor's thesis in cooperation with us and then working part-time for us during his Master's degree – he says today: "Due to the varied activities as an apprentice and the resulting insights into other departments, I opted for an ‘apprenticeship with Matura’ model and then for part-time studies.
