Research & Development

Our interdisciplinary team of scientists is strongly focused on the cooperation with our customers, but also the development of our own products.

The focus of our research and product development department is on the following areas:

  • Development of medical hydrogels
  • Research and development in the field of adhesive gels
  • Signal transmission and stimulation with electrical energy, functional hydrogels and other materials
  • Research into new areas of application such as wearables or health patches
  • Process and technology development for the production of electrode systems

In-house realization

Mechanical engineering
& technology

A large part of our machinery was developed in-house, from the initial idea to the complete production line.

Over 15 engineers are constantly developing, designing and building new, customized production systems.

  • Own automation and programming team
  • High internal capacities for mechanical engineering and assembly
  • From prototype to complete production line
  • Customized machine designs

Serial production

Production

Medical products require reliability, compatibility and extreme hygiene. That is why quality is an integral part of all our processes.

We have to be able to produce competitively and still respond flexibly to customer requirements.

  • Self-developed equipment with CE marking
  • Automation is constantly being expanded
  • Process-integrated quality controls reduce rework and scrap
  • Emissions, waste and resource management for minimal environmental impact
