Art as a lasting memory
With a newly designed building wall on Archenweg, we too are able to make a small contribution to enhancing the appeal of Rossau. The new artwork was created by the Tyrolean urban artist HNRX (Maximilian Prantl) and brings color, creativity, and vibrancy to the commercial district.
What makes this project special, however, is the story behind it: Our senior partner, Dr. Leonhard Lang, who passed away last year, had been fascinated by the international graffiti and urban art scene as early as the 1990s. He often toyed with the idea of making a building wall available for artistic design. However, this idea was never realized during his lifetime.
Following his passing and the presentation of the City of Innsbruck’s Cross of Merit to Dr. Leonhard Lang, a remarkable coincidence occurred: during the same event, the artist HNRX was also honored for his urban art murals. For the Lang family, this served as the impetus to take up the senior partner’s long-standing idea and transform the wall into a tribute to him.
The result was not only a new work of art in Rossau, but also a very special tribute to Dr. Leonhard Lang.
