Good Practice Tour - Rossau
On March 4, 2026, as part of the "Good Practice Tour – Rossau" organized by Quartiersmanagement Rossau, we had the opportunity to present our building. The concept behind our new building was also described:
"...In order to be prepared for future requirements, Leonhard Lang decided to construct a new building: a naturally ventilated parking deck with infrastructure for bicycle mobility (showers, changing rooms, and charging and parking facilities), high-bay warehouses, space for several production lines, open spaces on various levels, and meeting and office rooms on the top floor outline the space available in the newly constructed Plant 2.1 at the Rossau site, which was designed by the Zöhrer architectural firm. Concrete core activation and groundwater utilization provide energy-efficient heating and cooling, complemented by external shading and photovoltaics on the roof and facade, giving the new building modern and sustainable building technology. In addition, the roof has been greened and not only features an insect hotel, but also provides a home for bats. ..."
