Technical Product Manager
Making an impact Since 1983, Leonhard Lang has been developing, manufacturing, and distributing medical devices such as electrode systems and accessories for ECG, electrosurgery, defibrillation, stimulation, as well as gels and fixation devices. These products are used worldwide in hospitals, by doctors, and in emergency medical situations. As part of our team, you too will contribute to the health and healing of patients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a technical product manager in the development team, you will be responsible for:
- Product support throughout the entire life cycle
- Creation and processing of change requests within the product life cycle
- Creation and maintenance of development documents (requirements, test and validation instructions, risk analyses) in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Manufacturing and testing electrode samples, as well as providing support and contributing your expertise on technical issues
- Conducting and recording electrical and mechanical tests in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Technical coordination with internal departments such as research, process management, and production
- Analysis of complaints and investigation of causes in cooperation with relevant specialist departments
- Communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate technical details
- Employees involved in the development of medical devices, from concept creation and series design to series transition in interdisciplinary project teams
You will complete these tasks within the agreed flexitime, although you will also be able to work on some tasks from home after the training phase.

- A technical or scientific education, HTL or university/college (e.g., in medical technology, electrical engineering, materials science, or similar)
- A minimum salary of € 3,348.62 gross/month and willingness to reward your professional experience and knowledge as an overpayment on the minimum salary according to the collective agreement
