Qualification Engineer
Making an impact Since 1983, Leonhard Lang has been developing, manufacturing, and distributing medical devices such as electrode systems and accessories for ECG, electrosurgery, defibrillation, stimulation, as well as gels and fixation devices. These products are used worldwide in hospitals, by doctors, and in emergency medical situations. As part of our team, you too will contribute to the health and healing of patients.
Your tasks:
- Performing process FMEAs and process reviews
- Evaluate proposed changes to machines and manufacturing processes
- Participation in the definition of process parameters and specifications
- Plan, execute, document, and coordinate qualification and validation activities (DQ-PQ).
- Planning, conducting and documenting experiments and tests (studies) as well as conducting and documenting experiments and tests on manufacturing processes and machines
- Creation of documents for the operation of the manufacturing process (work specifications)
- Commissioning of machines and manufacturing processes
- Evaluate parameters for the assessment of process capability
- Collaboration on and implementation of changes
- Determination of work packages for project execution
- Development/further development/simplification of qualification documentation and work processes
You bring along:
- Technical education, HTL or university (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics)
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and an independent, accurate way of working
- Willingness to work integratively on projects
- Computer skills, especially Windows and Office
- Knowledge of ERP/PLM systems

- A minimum salary of € 3,348.62 gross/month and willingness to reward your professional experience and knowledge as an overpayment on the minimum salary according to the collective agreement
