Head:in Quality assurance

Your tasks as Head of Quality Assurance:

• Technical and personnel management of the quality assurance department
• Introduction, implementation and optimization of structured monitoring, analysis and testing methods
• Risk-based test planning as part of the design transfer
• Ensuring the monitoring and documentation of quality requirements and evaluation of test results
• Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documents in the area of responsibility
• Collaboration in root cause analyses and implementation of measures in the context of CAPAs, complaints and deviations
• Participation in cross-divisional projects
• Implementation of and compliance with international standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR)
• Representation of the quality assurance system in internal and external audits
• Regular reporting as part of the management review

You will carry out these tasks within the agreed flexitime (38.5 hours per week full-time), although you will also be able to work on some tasks from home after the training phase.

You convince us with:

• Completed higher technical or scientific education
• Sound knowledge of analytical methods and statistical quality control
• Several years of professional and management experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Ideally experience with medical technology regulations (ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High level of reliability, sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training
• Enjoy teamwork and cooperative collaboration
